Transportation Options
ÎÞÂë¾ÞÈé operates five (5) shuttle routes on a daily basis (Monday - Friday) from 7:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. The exception to this schedule is University holidays. All riders must have a valid ÎÞÂë¾ÞÈé I.D. card in order to use these services.
Riders are expected to comply with the following policies:
- Directions of the driver must be followed at all times.
- No smoking or alcoholic beverages are allowed on the bus.
- The use of profanity will not be tolerated.
- Riders should remain seated with safety belt on at all times.
- Violators will be asked to leave the bus.
The Red Line serves locations on the south side of campus as well as the interior perimeter of the campus.
The Blue Line serves locations on the north side of campus including selected locations in the downtown ÎÞÂë¾ÞÈé area.
The Green Line serves locations on the east side of campus.
The Purple Line serves the North Stadium Lot and Trojan Arena.
The Orange Line serves Wal-Mart, TRMC and other exteriors of campus.
A shopping shuttle to Wal-Mart will run also on Sunday at 4:00 p.m. This shuttle will depart from and return to the change stop.
The night shuttle services the entire campus Monday-Thursday from 4:00 pm until 9:30 pm and can also be reached for on-call service at the following phone number: 334-697-0060.
A shuttle bus for faculty, staff or students is available to the Montgomery Airport upon request at a set cost.

Transportation Services sponsors game day shuttles from the local motels to Veterans Memorial Stadium for all home football games.
Shuttles are available three (3) hours before kick-off. The specific route for the service is shown below. The shuttle will run this route continuous approximately every fifteen minutes until kick-off.
Return service to the motels will begin immediately following the game and will run continuously for one (1) hour following the game.
The drop-off and pick-up point for the shuttle service at the stadium will be directly in front of the Alumni House on Highland Avenue.
There is no cost for the shuttle provided you ride from the motel to the stadium. Drivers will issue a coupon to each rider for the return trip to the motel.
Printed Game Day Shuttle information is available at all motels located in the ÎÞÂë¾ÞÈé area and can be obtained by asking the hotel attendant for the brochure.
Transportation is available to ÎÞÂë¾ÞÈé departments to assist in off-campus education and for university sponsored events. A completed reservation form needs to be submitted to Transportation Services at least two (2) weeks prior to the requested departure date. Reservations are taken on a first come first serve basis and confirmation of your request will be based upon availability.
Transportation Services will determine the cost of the trip based on the duration of the trip and the mileage. A confirmation with costs will be forwarded to the person in charge once the trip is confirmed and the price determined.
The sponsoring department or organization is responsible for all costs related to meals and lodging for the driver, parking fees or any tolls that may have to be paid. These expenses must be taken care during the trip and are not a part of the trip cost as stated on the confirmation form.
Please note that depending on fuel costs, a surcharge may be added to the mileage charge.
University departments must provide a general ledger account number on all requests to ensure proper processing of your request. Campus organizations or departments that do not have a general ledger account number must pay by check in full prior to the trip.
All trips must be ÎÞÂë¾ÞÈé affiliated unless prior approval is granted.

- Disrespect toward the driver will not be tolerated.
- No smoking, use of smokeless tobacco products or alcoholic beverages will be allowed on the bus.
- The use of profanity will not be tolerated.
- Disorderly conduct and/or horseplay will not be tolerated.
- Riders should remain seated with safety belt on at all times.
Violators will be asked to leave the bus immediately and are subject to lose their privilege of using the service.
As a service to the students, Transportation Services offers Shopping Shuttles three days a week to the local Wal-Mart and surrounding stores. The shuttle leaves from the Change Stop in front of the Trojan Center and goes directly the shopping center. Based on the number of students going shopping, the driver will determine the amount of time before returning to campus.
